I owe Orbit Books a lovely big cuddle for hooking me up with a review copy of the second novel in Fultz’s Books of The Shaper series, Seven Kings.
I’m so behind with my reading at the moment, but I hope to get to this soon as it really does sound right up my alley, as it were.
“Beyond the haunted mountains King Vireon confronts a plague of demons bent on destroying his family.” – Yes Please.
If you’d like a taster of this one, you can read the first chapter for free over on Orbit’s website.
What with tiny Son’s medical problems, and some horribleness in the Office, I’ve not been reading anywhere near as much as I’d like over the last couple of weeks. With a bit of luck though, and a following wind, I should get Trickster finished tonight, and the review won’t take long as I’ve been cobbling thoughts together as I go. From now on I think it’s review requests closed, head down, and plough through the backlog.
This weather should help, too bloody cold to do much else!
